All suggestions will be considered. If your suggestion is "general" and we accept it, we will post it on the site and notify you via email. You may then order it from sayitnice.com. In some cases you may have a subject that would only relate to you in a specific way. If you have such a situation, please describe it briefly on the suggestion form and we will review it. Please be aware that some specific references may compromise your anonymity. If we accept your suggestion, we will contact you by email and make arrangements for the order.

The following is an example of one possible desire for a custom letter.

You have a friend or relative who allows her child to suck on a pacifier and he is 5 years old. You feel that this is not healthy for her child but you don't want to upset her. You'd like us to send her a "nice" letter explaining that someone who cares about her is concerned. Also you'd like us to include some information about children and pacifiers, perhaps quoting psychologists or referring to books or Internet information on the subject.
