Hand Washing

"Cindy sat down at her desk and looked at the jar of jellybeans that was sitting in
front of her. It was a large jar of jellybeans. She thought it was a nice gesture to
bring them to work to share with others. But she hadn't thought of everything. Now,
it was all too clear. Contaminated, perhaps all of them. She picked up the jar and
poured them into the garbage next to her. "I guess I should have put individually
wrapped candy in my jar" she mumbled under her breath. About that time, Sarah walked by.
Hi Cindy! OH, where are all the jellybeans? "Oh, um.. I spilled them." said Cindy.
"Too bad. They were good," responded Sarah. Cindy didn't know how to tell Sarah that
she had dumped the candy out after noticing in the restroom that Sarah hadn't washed her
hands after using the facilities." What a waste thought Cindy, I wish I had the guts to
say something to Sarah about hand washing."
