Table Manners

"Greg had been asking Lora out to dinner every weekend for months now. Lora always
had something else to do. But this day was different! To Greg's surprise, Lora accepted.
Greg spent the entire week preparing for their date. He had arranged reservations at a
quaint, little, French restaurant with a table that overlooked a beautiful, garden view.
He was fully prepared to impress. It was Friday already and Greg and Lora were beginning
their dinner. Lora mentioned how she loved the view of the garden and how the French
cuisine looked marvelous. The date was going wonderfully. And then it was time to eat.
As impressed as Lora was, she was appalled by Greg's lack of table manners. He began
every sentence during the meal with a mouthful of Quiche Lorraine. His mouth kept opening
and shutting as he chewed and spoke at the same time. Lora thought to her self, "He's
wonderful otherwise, if only he knew how horrible his table manners were."
